Control
We invite you to register on the "Be notified of the return of this product" tab as soon as the item is available again.
Once your order has been placed, it will be entered into our warehouse optimization and stock management software, and depending on our stock levels, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link for your parcel.
Orders placed through our online store cannot be modified or cancelled. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it at any time.
Delivery
All validated orders are dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of your order confirmation email.
During sales periods or due to the occurrence of exceptional events, it may take a little longer than expected for your order to be dispatched. We apologize for this and thank you for your understanding.
- Express : Delivery with DHL within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch date.
- Standard : Delivery with Colissimo within 3 to 7 working days from dispatch date.
- Point de retrait: Delivery with Mondial Relay within 4 to 6 working days from dispatch date.

Once your order has been shipped and picked up, the tracking link for your order will be sent to you directly by email by the transport service provider responsible for your order (Colissimo or DHL - see details in Delivery Terms).
The tracking of your order will then be accessible with your tracking number on the platforms below:

If you have not received an email from our carrier within 7 working days of receipt of your order, please contact our Customer Service department with your order number by email at [email protected]
Any delay in delivery due to a problem encountered by our transport service providers (strike, logistical problem, loss of parcel, delivery error), will have to be managed directly with the Customer Service department of the said carrier.
Payments
You can pay by Visa Mastercard and American Express. Payment is debited from your card once you place your order. You can also pay by payment application: via Paypal, Ali Pay, Apple Pay (mobile) and Android Pay (mobile).
It's also possible to pay in 3 instalments via Alma.
For each order placed, you will receive an invoice by email. You can also download your invoice from your customer account on our website.
Feedback and discussion
You have 14 working days from receipt of your order to return your item. The item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, in its original packaging and with its label) and sent to the following postal address:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and are free to choose the type of shipment.
Any receipt of a damaged parcel or defective product must be reported to our Customer Service Department by email, within a maximum of 3 days, at [email protected]. Once the defect has been identified by our Customer Service department, we will proceed with a refund, send you a credit note or exchange your order, as you wish. Please note that you may be asked to return the damaged product to us.
Refunds, credit notes and exchanges
- Refunds will be made by bank transfer or Paypal transfer to the account associated with the purchase, within 30 working days of receipt of the returned item.
- Exchanges will be made at no additional cost within 30 working days of receipt of the returned item, subject to stock availability at the time of your request.
- Credit notes will be issued in the form of a single-use promotional code to be used within 6 months on www.jackgomme.com. This promotional code will be sent to you by email to the address you used to place your order.
Any claim for exchange or reimbursement of an item that has not been returned within 14 days, or whose original condition has deteriorated, will be rejected by Customer Service.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please keep it safe and take photos of it as soon as you receive it. You should then contact our customer service department at the following address: [email protected]

This is possible, however a return to one of our JACK GOMME stores of a purchase made on the website does not entitle you to a refund of your order, only an exchange or a credit note for the value of the bag(s) are possible.
Customer account
Simply click on "My Account" or when you place your order, you will be asked to register your information with an e-mail address and password.
You can reset your password using the "Forgotten password" option. This will enable you to generate a new password to log in to your account.
