You can return your items within 14 days from the date of reception of your order. They will have to be returned in their original condition (never used, in their original packaging with their original label) and to be shipped back to the following address:
The return costs are at your expense, but you are free to choose the type of shipment. However, we recommend that you choose a solution that will provide you with a tracking number. In the event of a loss of the package we will not be able to follow up if you do not have proof of shipment, nor a tracking number.
Any damaged package or defective product must be reported within 3 days from the date of reception of the order, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the default will have been validated by our Customer Service, we will proceed to the refund or the exchange of your item, according to your preference. Please note that we might ask you to send the defective product back to us.
Refund, credit note and exchange
- Refunds will be made by bank transfer or Paypal transfer to the account associated with the purchase, within 30 working days after receipt of the returned item.
- Exchanges will be made at no additional cost within 30 working days of receipt of the returned compliant item, subject to stock availability at the time of your request.
- Credit notes will be issued in the form of a single-use promotional code to be used within 6 months on www.jackgomme.com. This promotional code will be communicated to you by email at the address you used when placing your order.
Any claim concerning the exchange or refund of an item that has not been returned within the 14 day period, or whose original condition has deteriorated, will be rejected by Customer Service.
