Shipping policy

All validated orders are dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of your order confirmation email.

During sales periods or due to the occurrence of exceptional events, it is possible that the shipment of your orders takes a little longer than expected, we apologize and thank you for your understanding.

Terms of delivery by zone

FRANCE :

  • Express: Delivery with DHL within 1 to 3 working days from the date of shipment - 22 €
  • Standard: Delivery with Colissimo within 3 to 7 working days from the date of shipment - 9,90€ - Free from 300 € of purchase
  • Pick-up point: Delivery with Mondial Relay within 4 to 6 working days from the date of the shipment - 4 € - Free from 200 € of purchase

EUROPE BORDER AND CLOSE :

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK.

  • Delivery with Colissimo within 2 to 7 working days from the date of shipment
  • Category 1: 0 - 350€: 18€
  • Category 2 : >350€ : Free

For reasons of taxes in customs and transport area, fees related to the clearance of your package may apply (UK since Brexit, Switzerland). These fees are charged to the recipient.

For reasons of customs taxes and transport zone, there may be costs related to the customs clearance of your package. In the UK especially since Brexit.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped and picked up, the tracking link for your order will be sent to you directly by email by the transport provider responsible for your order (Colissimo or Fedex - see details in Delivery Terms).
The tracking of your order will then be accessible with your tracking number on the platforms below:

  • Colissimo
  • DHL

If you have not received an email from our carrier within 7 working days of receiving your order, please contact our Customer Service with your order number by email at order@jackgomme.com. Any delay in delivery due to a problem encountered by our transport providers (strike, logistical problem, loss of the parcel, delivery error), will have to be managed directly with the Customer Service of the said carrier.

Terms of return

You have a period of 14 working days from receipt of your order to return your item. The latter must be returned in its original condition (unworn, in its original packaging and with its label) and sent to the following postal address:

The expenses of return are with your load, and you are free to choose the type of sending.

Any reception of a damaged parcel or a defective product will have to be announced to our Customer service by email, within 3 days at the address order@jackgomme.com. Once the defect is noted by our Customer Service, we will proceed with the refund, the sending of a credit note or the exchange of your order according to your wish. Please note that you may be asked to return the damaged product.

Refund, credit note and exchange

  • Refunds will be made by bank transfer or Paypal transfer to the account associated with the purchase, within 30 working days after receipt of the returned item.
  • Exchanges will be made at no additional cost within 30 working days of receipt of the returned compliant item, subject to stock availability at the time of your request.
  • Credit notes will be issued in the form of a single-use promotional code to be used within 6 months on www.jackgomme.com. This promotional code will be communicated to you by email at the address you used when placing your order.

Any claim concerning the exchange or refund of an item that has not been returned within the 14 day period, or whose original condition has deteriorated, will be rejected by Customer Service.
